After 16 rounds throughout the Central district and 113 competitors; the 2024 Junior Prince series wrapped up with the big finale at SquashGym Palmerston North on Friday 8th September. Benjamin Lee of Ohakune took out the top spot with a perfect 50 point score.

The NZ Senior Districts Teams Champs were held at Otago Squash Club on Friday 30th August – Sunday 1st September 2024. The Central Ladies team were 2nd seeds and the Men 7th seeds going into the tournament. It wasn’t a perfect start for the Central team with a flight delay out of Palmerston North which saw the team arriving at Dunedin Airport at 11.35am with the ladies due on court at 12pm. If only the airport wasn’t so far away.
49 women took part in the 5 round tournament series with competitors coming from as far as Wellington and Masterton to compete.
Congratulations to the following players that have been named to represent Squash Central at the upcoming New Zealand District Teams National in Dunedin on 30th August.
